Trình tự của Interlock
Để có quyền truy cập vào các ô hàn, người vận hành hoặc nhân viên bảo trì phải yêu cầu được vào bằng cách nhấn nút ấn màu đỏ có nhãn “STOP”. Sau khi nhấn, bảng điều khiển sẽ gửi tín hiệu đến hệ thống điều khiển của ô để đưa các robot trong ô dừng lại có kiểm soát. Khi ô đã an toàn để vào, hệ thống điều khiển sẽ cấp điện cho cuộn điện từ cho phép lấy Chìa khóa cách ly nguồn ra khỏi thùng khóa. Khóa cách ly nguồn điện được chuyển đến Khóa cửa trao đổi chìa khóa.

To gain access into the welding cells, an operator or maintenance personnel must request entry by pressing the red pushbutton labelled, “STOP”. Once pressed, the control panel will send a signal to the cell’s control system to bring the robots in the cell to a controlled stop. Once the cell is safe to enter, the control system will energise the solenoid allowing the Power Isolation Key to be removed from the lock barrel. The Power Isolation Key is transferred to the Key Exchange Door Lock. I
nserting and turning the Power Isolation Key in the door lock releases the Safety Key. Removing the Safety Key traps the Power Isolation Key in the door lock until the Safety Key and actuator is correctly returned. Operators should keep the Safety Key on their person while working in the cell.

FlexArc robot welding cells are commonly used in tier 1 automotive manufacturing. These welding cells manufacture components used to form vehicle bodies and chassis systems. The bodies and chassis manufactured by the robot welding units are supplied to a number of global automotive manufacturers around the world. These robots are safeguarded by a self-contained enclosure. The whole system requires a safety system that allows into enclosure once power to the cell has been isolated and the robots have come to a controlled stop.
