Handle Operated Solenoid Gate Switch

Khi cần truy cập vào máy móc, nhân viên bảo trì phải yêu cầu truy cập bằng cách sử dụng bảng điều khiển gần đó. When access is required into the machinery, a maintenance personnel must request entrance by using a nearby control panel. The panel will send a signal to the machine’s control system, bring the machine to a controlled stop. Once the machine is brought to a halt, a signal is set to energise the solenoids at the various access points. A yellow LED is light inside the solenoid to indicate the solenoid is energised. Once the solenoid is energised, the maintenance personnel can rotate the handle actuator and extract it from the head of the unit to enter the machine. A red LED is illuminated to indicate the actuator has been removed and the monitoring safety circuits have been broken within the solenoid unit.

To comply with global safety and hygiene regulations, machines in food and beverage production must be safeguarded to reduce the possibility of external contamination. However, maintenance personnel may require access into the machine in the event of a blockage or an operation malfunction. Access into the machinery should only be achieved once the machine has come to a controlled stop.
